She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hurst and Norma L. Wilson Hurst; her husband Stephen Wolfe; her siblings, John Leroy, Robert Allen Hurst and Beverly Ann Whitehead Hurst; and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Sierra Buckius and Stetson Alan Barnhart Ditmore.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Wolfe (Pat) of East Palestine, Leora Wolfe of Salem and Leah Wolfe (Chris Oldaker) of Salem; her siblings, Fred Hurst (Dina) of New Waterford, Linda Murphy (Phil) of Wellington and Bonnie Hurst (Bob Boston) of New Waterford; her grandchildren, Macayla Barnhart, Alisha, Ashlee Steeves, Cameron Wolfe, Jeremiah, Leland Oldaker, Jim Buckius (Brittney Hays), Missy, Ray Davis, Christine and Christopher Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Daisy, Dwayne Dunnington, Lincoln Biggs, Remington Barnhart, Trent Butts, James, Libbie, Kaden, Mason Buckius, Rosalita Davis, Noah Kuhlen, Isaac Buckius, John Radcliff, Christopher, Luke Johnson, Adam, Jamie, William Davis and Zylah Oldaker. She is also survived by three great-great grandchildren.
