He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Smith (Robert), Terry Black (Michelle), Amy Wycuff (Jason) and Julie Black (Daren Landis); and his in-laws, Tim Black (Mary), Tony Black (Kathleen), Tracy Black, Tammy Rumpf (Eric), Tina Braun (Doug), Gail Tobe and Clete Tobe. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; siblings.
