He was predeceased by: his father Timothy Malherbe. He is survived by: his mother Karen Malherbe; his children, Kimber and Carson; his wife Megan; and his siblings, Jason Hutchison (Genna), Timothy Malherbe (Christin) and Amanda Malherbe.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vensil & Chute Funeral Home (1850 West Main Street, Newark, Ohio).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the Salvation Army Toy Drive.
