With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anna Forgrave of Newark, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anna left this world on September 4, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Donavon and Bernice Donavon; her husband Dave "Porky" Forgrave; and her son Tom Forgrave. She is survived by: her children, Jim (Sandi), Debbie (Rick Tarasiewicz), Susie (Thomas Haneberg) and Laura (Jeff Krumholz); her siblings, Mike Donavon, Harry Donavon (Renee) and Rosie Clark (Donavon); and her grandchildren, Nick, Abbie, Emilie, Ben, Michael (Brody), Claire and Ella. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Ann requested donations be made to The Greater Newark Ohio Chapter of Newborns in Need (checks can be mailed to the president of the chapter, Marty Rupp, 12079 Edwards Road, Johnstown, OH 43031); the Salvation Army; St. Jude Hospital; or Nationwide Children's Hospital.
