She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Henry Leet and Mildred Blanche Riggle (Everhart); her son John Eugene Thomason; and her brothers, Donald Leroy Riggle, Lester Allen Riggle and Raymond J. Riggle.
She is survived by: her husband Leroy Sprague of Newark Ohio; her children, Kenneth Thomason, David Sprague (Rebecca) and Kimberly Samanen (Carl); her sisters, Delores Lent (Frederick), Helen Ormesher and Janice Honaker; and her grandchildren, Zachary Thomason, Rachel McCullough (Joseph), Joshua Sprague, Jared Sprague, Jason Sprague, Karl Samanen (Michael) and Steven Samanen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many other dear friends and family.
