He was predeceased by: his parents, Irven Wesley and Marie Foltz (Schigulinsky); his wife Dolores Joan Friedel-Foltz; his son Arthur Wesley Foltz; and his sisters, Iris Dove Schopak and Lois Jean Tuttle.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Shane Foltz, Michael Roy Foltz and Malinda Marie Foltz; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Sarah and Hunter Foltz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
