He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Seymour; his daughter Cherie Swank; and his siblings, Shirley, Roger, Laura, Marilyn and Donnie.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Shannon Swank (Tim Hoffman), Tara Stafford (Brad), Victoria Gerardi (Adam) and Stefan Hornbeck; his great grandchildren, Logan Lovejoy, Colton Stafford, Owen Gerardi and Jack Gerardi; his daughter Tina Hornbeck (Michael); and his brothers, Richard, Joe and Roy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
