She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Tully and Violet Tully; and her husband William "Bill" O'Brien (William "Bill" Anders). She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey O'Brien (Sherry), Douglas O'Brien (Susan) of Newark, OH and Jill Hutchison (Jeff) of Medina, Ohio; her grandchildren, Ian O'Brien of Grandview, Ohio, Mackenzie Hartwell (Daniel) of Sunbury, Ohio and Cameron Hutchison of Medina, Ohio; and her great grandchild Baby Hartwell.
