He was predeceased by: his parent Terry D. Chute; and his sister-in-law Tamra Balding. He is survived by: his mother Diana Chute (Wright) of Newark; his wife Brooke Chute (Reptile Smile); his children, Quinton and Marlee; and his brother-in-law Treg Balding (Mary).
