He was predeceased by: his son Christian Forgey. He is survived by: his parents, Edwin Forgey and Laura Forgey (Dauphinais); and his sisters, Crissy Forgey and Cyndi Forgey Rottmann. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
