With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles David Edwards of Newark, Ohio, born in Columbus, Ohio, who passed away on November 9, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Edwards and Mabel F. Edwards (Hollingshead); and his siblings, Sue Copley and John Edwards Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carman Edwards (Stanley); his daughters, Pamela Ashcraft (Homer) and Marsha Blake (Tim); his grandchildren, Chase Ashcraft (Shawnee), Erika Catt (Adam), Hunter Ashcraft (Cassidy), Tim Blake (Miranda) and Tommy Romine (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Emma, Bailee, Brooklyn, Lilly, Rhett, Cidney, Catalina, Jaxon, Makiah, Avalon, Sadie and Ze'neah; and his siblings, Jeannie Teel and Harry "Steve" Edwards. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Charles to the Dix Fork Old Regular Baptist Church in Kentucky.
