He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Walker and Blanche Walker (Golley); his son Jeff Walker; his siblings, James, Paul, John Walker, Blanche Reynard and Carolina Glasmeier (Walter); and his nephews, David and Terry Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Walker (Medley); his children, Charles Walker Jr., Roxanne Holland (John), Mike Walker and Thomas Walker (Barbara); his sister Florence Medley (Paul "Luke"); and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Walker. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
