He is survived by: his wife Ruby Church; his children, Connie Cunningham, Cathy Reber (Danny), Diane Mossman (Bobby) and Gene Church (Tina); and his grandchildren, Jeanette Anderson (John), Jeremy Cunningham, Laura Cunningham, Shauna Robinson, Ruby Davis (Jackie), Aaron William (Jessica), Brett Church, Brittany Martin (Estel), Amber George (Jerick), Amanda Burney (Mike), Danny Reber, Nicholas Cunningham and Bobby Mossman. He is also survived by 7 siblings.
