She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Lowery and Janet Lowery (Hamilton). She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Bobby Jr. (Rebecca) and Marcella "Mickey" Starkey; her grandchildren, Leighton (Taylor), Lauren, Lilly (Josh), Briana, Jocelyn and Nevaeh; her great grandchildren, Nova and Carter; and her siblings, Jevene, Nancy, Dennis, Tom and Bruce Lowery.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Coleen to the American Heart Association.
