He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Ann Blevins (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Keith Dillon (Danielle) of Pataskala and McKenzie Dunaway of Newark; his sisters, Nannette Burge (Michael Mullen) of Dayton, Diana Clemens (Kirt), Cindy Hetrick (Jeff) of New Albany and Stacy Blevins of Newark; and his grandchildren, Ethan and Ellie Dillon. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio.
