He was predeceased by: his father Paul Byron Swetnam; his brother John Swetnam; and his daughter Aryle Swetnam. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ellen Swetnam (Reams); his siblings, Paul Swetnam, II (Christy), Mark Swetnam and Anna Jenkins; his wife Virginia; and his children, Shawn Mason, Darlene Swetnam, Cassandra Luckey (Michael), Brittany Swetnam, Aaron Merringer and Aubrey Swetnam. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
