He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Bell (George); his children, Nicholas Bell and Erin Frost (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Maxwell, Myles and Campbell Frost; and his siblings-in-law, Gilbert Springer, Sandy Crew, Connie Gray and Jane Harris.
