He was predeceased by: his mother Sara Kate Munn; and his sister Deana Lyons. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Moore (Packham); his children, Amy Hayes (J. B.) and David Moore (Nikki Blanton); and his grandchildren, Griffen, Sidney and Grady Moore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
