He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce H. McPhaden and Jessie McPhaden (Whitehair); and his sister Ellen Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia McPhaden (Shoemaker); his daughters, Bethany Warthen, Jennifer Johnson (Louie) and Amy Gray (Michael); his siblings, Lesley McPhaden (Craig Tregillis), Jean McPhaden and Douglas McPhaden (Diana); his grandchildren, Ezekial Warthen, Sidney, Hank Johnson, Katie and Emily Gray; and his nieces, Greer McPhaden, Imani McPhaden, Katie VonNiederhausen (Mike) and Helen Siefert.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Ohio or St. Francis de Sales Parish; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
