He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnice Justice and Joann Justice (Green); and his siblings, June Faye Justice, Dallas Justice and Ronald Justice.
He is survived by: his son Joshua D. Justice; his grandchildren, Chase Justice and Madison Justice; and his siblings, Rose Kurtz, Jimmy Justice (Tara) and Thelma Justice (Drew Boorn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
