Delee Carol Painter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Delee Carol Painter of Newark, Ohio, who passed away on October 18, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alonzo and Betty Louise Osborn (Welsh); her husband Kerm Painter; her children, Terry Allen Ross, Jr., Ross and Pamela R. Siegle; her grandson Jeremy Joseph Smith; and her brothers, John Osborn, Charles Robert Osborn and Richard W. Osborn.
She is survived by: her children, Karen McCune, Mindy Molden (Jeff), Kristie Branscome (David), David J. Siegle (Beth) and Timothy Charles Siegle; and her brother James Osborn (Leila). She is also survived by great-grandchildren; cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Delee's memory may be made to the Licking County Humane Society 825 Thornwood Dr, SW Heath, Ohio 43056.
