He is survived by: his daughters, Nannette Burge (Michael), Diana Clemens (Kirt), Cindy Hetrick (Jeff) and Stacy Blevins; his grandchildren, Brittany, Sean, Paige (Chrissy), Kameron, Kylie, Kiera, Keith, McKenzie, Garitt, Brianna, Taylor, Allison and Ariana; his great grandchildren, Parker, Ellie, Ethan and Lillian; his brothers, Harvey, Garland (Louise) and Mason Blevins; and his caregivers, August, Brittany, Avery, Caitlyn and Krista.
