She is survived by: her son Levi Cummings (Sheyenne); her grandchildren, Austin and Rylin; and her siblings, Mark Brooks (Deanna), Kimberly Terry (Kevin), Michael Slagle, Rebecca Slagle, Catherine Jackson (Floyd), Stacy Ott (Bob) and Dewey McElroy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
