He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Belt and Mary M. Belt (Wilkinson); his children, Elisabeth and Christopher; and his sister Theresa.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Belt (Carpenter); and his sisters, Esther Ford, Tina Redman and Lorena Beck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
