He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Rae Boldt Millett (Bruce); his daughter-in-law Lori Anderson Boldt; his grandchildren, Alfred Bruce Millett III (Amy), Jessica Boldt, Rachel Stork (Caleb), Allison Boldt, Kelsey Millett, Heather Millett and Victoria Millett; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Warren; and his siblings, Paul Boldt (Donna) and Karen Mottice.
