He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Newton and Gladys Hone (Friener). He is survived by: his children, Brenda Styers, Donald E. Hone, Jr. (Tammy) and Richard L. Hone (Susan). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brucker-Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
