He is survived by: his children, Leona Lynn Lybarger, George Allen Lybarger, Rolland Lewis Lybarger, Leslie Benner (Kevin) and Chris Gutierrez (Jim); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Bailey Orr, Reannon, Nicole Lybarger, Kenneth, Wayne, Tawnee Littlewolf and Desiree Different; his pet Tabatha; his siblings, Judy Zinser (Bruce Britt), Sue, Greg, Craig Lybarger (Cheree) and Jan Lybarger (Penny); and his partner Billie Stemm. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

I am so sorry to hear of his passing and pray for his family. Sad to see this at this late date, but living in Pennsylvania for almost 50 years has kept me away from local news.”
