She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence William and Harriet Lucille Hayes (Wells); her husband Dale Allen Bowman; her brother Ronnie Hayes; and her niece Gwynne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Muir (Lyle) of Lexington and Courtney Merce (Brian) of Zanesville; her grandsons, Matthew, Paul, Luke, Adam and Gabriel; her sister Jean Holman of Newark; her brother-in-law Ron Bowman of Newark; her sibling's children, Renee, Cheryl, Darrin, Beth, Scott, Ally and Krista; and her pet Lexi-Belle.
