She was predeceased by: her son Dennis Charter; her former husband Kenneth Charter; her husband Bob Wiechel; and her brothers, Everett and Delbert Noel.
She is survived by: her brother Donald Noel; her daughter Yvonne Charter; and her grandchildren, Lindsay and Brian.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (88 N 5th St, Newark, OH 43055).
