He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville E. Leek and Sylvia Leek (Grable); his wife Patricia Donovan Leek; his siblings, Jeffrey Leek and Janet Leek Crowley; his brother-in-law John Crowley; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Susie Donovan.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Donovan Leek and Erica Hoffman (Brian); his grandchildren, Christine, Aaron Hoffman and Jasiah HInton; his sister Sandy Sturman (Roger); and his brother-in-law Michael Donovan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu flowers, memorial contributions could be made to the ALS United Ohio Organization, 1170 Old Henderson Road #221, Columbus, OH 43220 in memory of Rick's late wife Patricia Leek.
