He was predeceased by: his parents, Waldo McMillen and Hulda McMillen (Francis); and his siblings, Ralph McMillen and Eldora Davey. He is survived by: his wife Betty McMillen (Slasor); his children, Keith, Denise, Jamie, Heather, Amanda and Stacy; his stepdaughter Heather Shuman; and his sister Esther Heaton (Ed). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
