She was predeceased by: her father Rev. Carl Richards; her husband Franklin Oliver Perry; her son Johnny Rogers; her grandson Cody Rogers; and her siblings, Euna Eaton (Carl), Gene Richards (Wanda), Bob Richards (Mary) and Chuck Richards.

She is survived by: her children, Vicki Vanover (Rick) of Newark, Donald Franklin "Frank" Perry (Helen) of Lithopolis, Jeffrey Rogers (Kim Moore) and Vanita Butler (Kelly) of Houston, Texas; her daughter-in-law Brandy Rogers of Johnstown, Pennsylvania; her sister-in-law Pim Richards of West Virginia; and her pet Toby. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
