Myers (Cunningham); his sons, Homer Myers (Shelby), Freddy Myers, Steven Blake (Marty), Anthony Mark Blake (Lisa) and Matthew Blake (Nikki); and his grandchildren, Nathan Myers, Daniel Myers, Timothy Myers, Anastaisa Myers, Shawna Blake (Brian Broadway), Marshall Blake (Maddie), Hunter Blake, Jordan Jones (Damian), Alyson Ault (Andrew), Kamryn Childers (Jacob) and Christian Dyer. He is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
