He is survived by: his wife Leslie Ann Ragsdale (Mellon); his son John Latour (Katrina); his grandchildren, Katelyn Latour, Naomi Ragsdale, Amelia Ragsdale, Illianna Ragsdale and Aiden Ragsdale; and his niece Lynn. He is also survived by two great-nieces; and one great-nephew.
