She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold F. Elson and Eileen Elson (Alexander). She is survived by: her husband James E. Decker, Jr.; her sons, James Decker III and Travis Decker; and her siblings, Harold Elson (Kathy), David Elson, Donna Meyers and Deborah Hamrick. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
