He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold George Blackburn and Nellie Belle Blackburn Sharrow (Barcus). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Jo "Winkie" Blackburn (Grove); his daughters, Rebecca Sparks (Russell) of Johnstown, Jennifer Musgrave (Tim Conely) of Utica and Tammy Sayre (Bruce) of Johnstown; his grandchildren, Ryan Sparks (Jordan Grube), Reece Sparks (Hunter Martin), Rylee Sparks, Jorgia Musgrave, Daniel Musgrave, Shyann Summers (Brooke) and Ashley Jackson; his great grandchild Serenity Sparks; his siblings, Debra Luther of Utica, Danny Moore (Linda) of Newark and Gerald Blackburn (Rose) of Georgia; and his pets, Boogie and Frankie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
