He is survived by: his wife Karen Smith (Norman); his children, Steve Smith, Scott Smith (Mary Myers) and Kat Smith; his granddaughters, Aurora Schaufele (Cassidy), Lydia Hardy (Hayden) and Alethea Myers; and his extended family, Rana Decker and Taysha Pike.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newark Chapel (1850 W Main St, Newark, OH 43055).
