He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Clouse and Joyce Clouse (Trombly); and his brothers, Jeff Clouse and Tom Clouse (Geraldine Lewis). He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Marcum III (Billy); his stepdaughter Brandy Carr (Joseph); his grandchildren, Billy Marcum IV, Elijah Marcum, Kyleigh Marcum, Sebastian Jones and Aria Carr; his great grandchild Weston Marcum; and his sisters, Sharon Montgomery and Mary Knopp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
