With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harry E. Gilham (Newark, Ohio), who passed away on October 31, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Harry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Harry's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Gilham and Minnie Gilham (Maddox); and his brothers, Charles Jr. and James. He is survived by: his grandson Dr Justin Sanders (Oralia); his great grandchild Ronin Sanders; Deatria Hall (Dee). He is also survived by his parents, brothers and wife.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Vinsil & Chute Funeral Home (1850 W Main St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
