Wells of Newark, Ohio, born in West Lafayette, Ohio, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. and Mary E. Houston (Adams); her husband Wayne Wells; her sons, William Wells, David Wells and Charles Wells; and her siblings, Hubert Houston, Ernest Houston-Adams and Genola Carpenter.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Wells, Robert Wells (Theresa), Harvey Wells, Mark Wells, Ruth Steffee (Glenn), Mabeth Penrod and Rebecca Wells; and her daughter-in-law Kay Wells. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
