She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank S. McCullough and Loretta V. McCullough (Hoop); her sisters, Dorothy Patterson and Kay Sanders; and her daughter-in-law Eva Speaks.
She is survived by: her husband Albert Henry "Hank"; her sons, Thomas J. Speaks, Jeffrey L. Speaks and Gregory A. Speaks; her grandsons, Michael Joseph Speaks, Brandon Thomas Speaks, Evan McCullough Speaks and Alexander James Speaks; and her sister Carol Caldwell.
