He was predeceased by: his father Ross Rush. He is survived by: his wife Leilani L. Rush; his sons, Jeffrey Scott Rush (Denise), Michael Todd Rush (Lisa) and Jason Brian Rush (Patricia); and his siblings, Kathryn Weiderman, Carolyn Rush, Lois Camboni and Ross Rush. He is also survived by his friends and family.
