He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Jacobs and Madeline Jacobs (Blizzard); and his brother James J. Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Brenda J. Jacobs (Prince); his children, Jill S. Jacobs of Grove City, Todd M. Jacobs (Tricia) of Austin, TX and Joshua K. Jacobs of Columbus; and his siblings, Joanne Guisinger (Rod) of Newark, Kenneth Blaney (Jody) of Newark and Tom Prince (Carolyn) of Heath. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
