He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Dazel Holbrook (Greene); his son Gregory P. Holbrook; his grandson Mathew Holbrook; and his siblings, J. B. Manning and Wanda Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Marianne Holbrook (Silliman); his children, Ronald D. Holbrook of Dresden, Richard G. Holbrook of Franklin, Cheree Lybarger (Craig) of Newark and Cathi Fletcher (Stefon Brewster) of Cardington, Ohio; and his siblings, Glenna May Dean, Inabelle Brockwell, Opal Skagg, Donna Sue Addington, Karen Stevens, Jack, Joe and Tallmage Holbrook.
