He was predeceased by: his parents, Danel Mills and Rebecca Mills (Johnson); his son James E. Mills Jr.; and his uncle Albert Delancey. He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Kurtz, Wayne Mills, Danel H. Mills Jr., Jonathan Mills and Beverly Ann Belez; his extended family, James and Joshua Newland; and his aunt Betty Delancey. He is also survived by several other aunts and uncles; and many nieces and nephews.
