He is survived by: his wife Dollie Whited Jenkins; his children, Kenny Jenkins (Lisa), Mike Jenkins, Marvin Jenkins (Debbie), James Jenkins (Nancy) and Marcy Duffield; his stepchildren, Linda Miller (James), Nancy Peterson, Kathy Kelly and David Monlux (Becky); and his siblings, Earl Jenkins (Cindy), Charlotte Jenkins and Barbara Thomas.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Snouffer Funeral Home (1150 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
