He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wagner and Edith Marie Wagner (Stanford); and his wife Nancy Lee "Nan" Wager. He is survived by: his sons, William Joseph Wagner of Millersburg and Jerry Wagner of York; and his sister Mona Miller of Frazeysburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
