He is survived by: his wife Doris J. Lough (Woolard); his children, James Marshall Lough, III, Lynda Hoffman (Todd) and Monica Richmond (Scott); his grandchildren, Hannah Pellet (Tom), James "Jimmy" Lough IV (Elizabeth), Brandon Yonker (Melissa), Lacey Yonker Myers (Chris), Mark Powell (Heather) and Jamie Myers (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Tetton, Oggie Pellett, Gracie, Bailey Lough, Kobe, Kaedyn, Alayna Yonker, Dallas, Shelby Myers, Skyler Misner (Chase), Lillian, Amelia Yonker-Myers, Reed Powell, Kensley and Hudson Myers; his sister Evelyn Bailey; his son-in-law Tom Yonker; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Woolard and Judith Lynam. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
