She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Phelps and Alice Phelps (Manley); her children, Travis and Lindsay Berry; and her brothers, Thomas and Eric Phelps.
She is survived by: her husband Rod Dillon; and her daughters, Brienna Fogall (Larry), Autumn Berry and Shaina Berry.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vensil & Chute Funeral Home (1850 W Main St, Newark, OH 43055). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
