She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse M. Nichols and Kathleen Nichols (Jones); her husband Joseph Hepsworth; her siblings, Mark David Nichols and Charlotte Connelly; and her son-in-law Joey Martinez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jenifer Michaelis (Charles), Susan Martinez, Mary Dixon (Peter) and Joan Hepsworth (Tammy); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Worbs (Ryan), Rachael Lyons (Joseph), Stephanie Inscho (Aaron), Joseph Martinez, Benjamin Martinez (Kim), Josey Gironda (Gio) and Eliot Dixon (ShyAnne); and her sister Joyce McKown. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
